When examining the strange events surrounding the death of Dr. Bell, I think it is worth noting not only what he had to say on Ventura's show but interviews he had conducted recently before his death. As stated earlier, he was the brother of Coast to Coast radio host Art Bell. Over the years, he had been on the show for numerous discussions but what I find interesting is his last two interviews on Coast to Coast seemed to take a noted turn:

In the the 1980s and 90s, the CIA and its MK Ultra program developed a program to make people think they were having an alien abduction, and inserted implants in them to control them, Bell reported. But now, nanotechnology has enabled them to create implants the size of a grain of salt, and some of them have been placed in flu vaccines, he claimed. "

George: Fred, in one of your chapters of your work "The Inside Track" you talk about "The Emergence of Evil" in our societies; you know, I happen to think it's been around for a long time.

Fred: Oh, I do, I agree with you.

George: And tell me in terms of how you noticed this that you would devote a chapter to it.

Fred: Well, first of all let me explain something here, "The Emergence of Evil" ... you know, I've studied a lot of history, I became a history major at one point in my time. So when Fascism comes up as it does, you know there's going to be an attack on the banking systems as it's been now. There's going to be like Hitler did, the Fatherhood, now we have Homeland Security, you know, the false flag stuff.

Okay then you're going to have an attack on the educational system. There was a big thing on CNN today. They're passing kids through high school now with a 25% grade level which would have be an F minus in my time. Then they're creating huge amounts of depression, which people are so depressed and they're attacking the school children with these drugs. And then on top of that, we have an overall societal moral decrease in values.

And on top of that one more thing is the satellite manipulation is occurring with our satellite systems which I helped build unfortunately but didn't know at the time. So you see this big, multi-pronged attack coming on to our society and it becomes pretty obvious now and that was what I was writing about in that chapter.

George: Fred, we have seen this debacle on the swine flu where they screamed it was a pandemic, 14,000 people world-wide sadly have died but 500,000 world-wide generally will die from the seasonal flu. They've got vaccines stockpiled, most of them are going to expire, they're not any good yet they have made billions on these vaccines. Are the drug companies part of what you call this evil group?

Fred: Right. To start with the drug companies to me started with I.G. Farben, ... German based, funded by Laurance Rockefeller before World War II and a couple of big banks in NYC. They went on, Josef Mengele and all these kind of people that were involved, they went on, they made a deal during World War II to pay out for research projects a certain amount of money for kids, a certain amount of money for adults ... and this is where the mind control started.

At the end of World War II what happened was six of the major players were indicted on the dock at Nuremberg but no serious sentencing and the company broke up into Merk and all the different companies that we know today. That was the beginning of it all.

George: Right. Was Bayer a part of that too?

Fred: Yeah, and then after that they came over here and they started Merk and there was a psychological split, the Tavistock company had been formed earlier and we can talk about that in a minute but it controlled the genesis of all the intelligence like the O.S.S. which became the C.I.A. and so then they went off and did these mind control experiments which we can talk about in a minute but that's kind of how it all started.

The big thing was drugs and Bayer was involved in that too, the Bayer aspirin people. And the Bayer company before they were making aspirin was also involved in making a lot of chemical warfare as well as Merk which is one of the producers of the Tami flu today. At the end of WWII all these companies broke up but the Rockefeller family was a big financier along with Chase Manhattan Bank in New York of the beginning of these companies and believe it or not if you look into the history of a lot of these big drug companies you'll see a lot of indictments and lawsuits, it's just amazing how corrupt they really are.

* And when we start getting into the drugs, when you realize what effects there is in all these different drugs, because I spent years doing the schoolyard shootings and interviewing people, you start to realize that's one of those five things that I mentioned earlier, you can start to see how it unravels into our society and it effecting all the people out there now. Any kind of prescription drug you put into your kids is going to cause a problem. There's M.L.A. inhibitors and S.S.R.I. drugs and either one of them, when the kids come off of that, there going to have tremendous side effects, one of them considered homicidal ideation.

George: (I believe modern medicine is often very effective)... but generally I just think big pharma's out to make a lot of money.

Fred: Well, they're out to make a lot of money for their stockholders and you and I and I'm sure the audience knows the big cartel between the doctor and the drug company. There's a lot of conscientious doctors out there. But I've known psychiatrists .. the drug companies approach them and if they're not prescribing enough stuff say " hey, you've gotta sell some of our stuff."

George: They have a huge marketing program.

Fred: Yeah they do and you'd better play ball with them.

You can look at Donald Rumsfeld, twice Secretary of Defense, came in on the Ford administration. He was trying to push aspartame which is no good, and it kills .. and look at all the money he's making on the Tamiflu stuff now. He has five million shares of Gilley Corporation. In '76 he tried to make the big Tamiflu push but we weren't buying it. Then last summer he made the big push again and this time he made himself 45 million dollars. To me that's what motivates a lot of these guys.

George: Lets talk a little bit about the swine flu and how this all happened. How could, in your opinion, the World Health Organization come out when we just had a few hundred cases world-wide and not a lot of people had even died, and say this is going to be a pandemic; which it never was, but how could they say that?

Fred: Well, they say it because they're guided by the Tavistock Company which formed in England back in 1921 to be exact and they control Rand and all these companies and the World Health Organization is one of their many tentacles that plans this thing. I know for a fact if you were sitting back up there like a Bilderberger, like the big group there and you're planning these things, where you have these meetings once a year, the most powerful people in the world, you look at the drug companies and you look at what you're going to plan. This was a plan. Fortunately, it's backfiring on them and I knew it would.

* I mean, they built these 800 prisons supposedly to declare marshal law if you didn't do the Tamiflu vaccinations and of course nobody wanted it. And then when you start looking at the ingredients of what's in Tamiflu you start to see the same ingredients that are in Efexor and several of the other drugs that are out there. There's a couple of key ingredients that basically puts your brain into a coma and regresses you back in consciousness and turns you into an animal.

* And that's always been observed when these kids like up there at Columbine when Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris were shooting everybody, it was because they were coming OFF of their prescription drugs. They didn't do it while they were ON them, they did it because they were coming OFF of them. And this is well known because in those drugs there are two ingredients they use in most of them. One of them is called meperidene and the other is cyclohexane or cyclohexene. Together those two make a drug called phencyclidine (PCP) or "angel dust."

George: Well what are they trying to do Fred; control the mind or make money or both?

Fred: * Both. First of all, if we want to go to the big picture, the big picture is they want to eliminate 80% of the population of this planet and they're doing it by poisoning the foods and blah, blah, blah. But to do that, they want to make lots of money. So they do that through the pharmaceutical industry. The pharmaceutical industry is one of the most powerful industries today. And they lie every step of the way.

George: Tell me your thoughts on the CIA and the MK-ULTRA projects ... Give me a little history of it first.

Fred: Okay, I got involved with the CIA accidentally back when I was at the University of Michigan as a kid with Steven Averball, he ended up going to MIT and I went off to the Air Force and NASA, and we had developed in the 50's these neuro-brain scanners that would scan your brain and we built our own oscilloscopes and we would put each other in hypnotic trances and monitor ourselves. And so that somehow or other filtered over (to the CIA) and they ended up with that equipment and that became some of the stuff that was in the early days of MK-ULTRA.

Then as MK-ULTRA began to progress, they developed more and more machines, first of all it went to drugs and mind control, it was like (Anthony) Delgato and those people; they had a playbook, so it developed where they had 149 sub-projects, they ran houses of prostitution funded on different sub-projects. In these houses of prostitution they would drug people on LSD and abduct them, then use them for mind control experiments. (Operation Midnight Climax)

At the same time over at Fort Dix, where a lot of this stuff comes from, which is largest federal correctional facility for experimenting on people, they were experimenting with mind control drugs. And this was the big thing with Tavistock, was the mind control drug stuff which started back in the twenties but didn't really get it's impetus until about the fifties. Once they got going in the fifties, then it turned into something that became a lot more stronger.

Delgato came along and a couple of other guys and they started putting probes in animals. They started connecting them first of all connecting them with electrodes, I actually went to some of these companies and witnessed some of this. Monkeys were their favorite, they were putting probes in the different parts of their brains and controlling responses, movement of fingers .. and then after that, they got a little bit crazier with it and they started doing it with remote control where they could control it from a distance.

Then the next thing that came along was remote control microwave stuff so they started using microwave frequencies and those kinds of things. And that started to filter into the satellite programs but not too much at first. So by the time the sixties came along, they had this down to a science, I mean a big time science.

In 1998, a news item stated that General John P. Jumper (Air Force) predicts that the military will have the tools to make potential enemies see, hear and believe things that do not exist. The same idea was contained in a fifteen volume study at the United States Air Force Scientific Advisory Board in 1996 on how to maintain U.S. air and space superiority on the battlefield of the Twenty First Century.

What is going on, where are we at today. First of all there's through-the-wall surveillance methods. And there's a thing the cops are going to be having it soon called the radar flashlight. The radar flashlight checks electromagnetic activity of speech control in the vocal chords. In other words, when we read or think about something, we subconsciously move our vocal muscles. It's not a truth detector, it's part of the (data) mining process that they're doing on certain individuals to get into the big Echelon computers.

There's a company called Silence Sounds, they received patent #5,159,703 for using superconductors to analyze human emotional EEG patterns to replicate, store these emotion signature clusters on another computer and at will change the emotional state of a human being. Now this is done through keyhole satellites that first went up in 1989 on the FTF-38 when they first starting putting this stuff up in space.

You know what TETRA is? That's something that there's 30,000 transmitters in subways and they put them in London and New York and guess what. When they first put those in remember all the subway incidences, all the negative things that happened.

There's another thing called "millimeter wave scanning" where a microwave signal just below the infrared frequency of the region is used and this is where they do the "thought reading", what you're talking about.

The way this stuff works, now with these new satellites ..what they do, the process is it starts with a "person of interest," a PLI. A person that's on the internet, and I've seen one guy get executed behind this, a young guy, who goes into the internet, start researching information, maybe on terrorism or something, then they do their emails and of course Echelon tweaks on them. Then what happens is, I've seen this happen, the local guys come out with their little radar flashlights and their little devices on their little cars and trucks and they get a reading on that person. Then what happens is that's downloaded into another computer and then they go up to the satellite. When it goes up to the satellite, they start watching and monitoring that person. Obviously they're already doing their telephone and internet but now they see what they do.

George: Here we are with Dr. Fred Bell; Fred, what are some of the symptoms of electronic harassment?

Fred: Well, there's a bunch of them, and there's also environmental symptoms too. But just a few are sleep deprivation, fatigue, malaise, irritability, shortening of the attention span, daytime fatigue attacks I see in a lot of people, on older people cataracts, blood changes, circulatory problems, permanent deterioration of the central nervous system, another one that is very common is blurred vision and loss of concentration, full body jerks, shaking of the body, heat flashes, artificial fever, shortness of the breath, loss of control of the vocal chords which is because of that radar flashlight study, that kind of stuff.

Unusual forgetfulness, things like that, and sudden sexual urges, suicidal & homicidal thoughts, panic attacks and the biggest one that I see of all in the people I treated is some form of depression and extreme paranoia. (He goes on to discuss electronic device manipulation) It does effect the environment, especially if they're doing the millimeter wave stuff you know, which is a common delivery system.

George: What is "confusion weaponry" Fred?

Fred: Well, "confusion weaponry," it was basically brought about several years ago where we were using thought frequencies that mess up the thinking system of a body. This is how it really all started. Later on, there were different devices developed that were neuro-stimulators from a distance. In the very beginning they were developing devices where they had a controlled implant in your head, where you would see the effect of it in your head. Later on it became remote controlled and now they do it from a distance, almost on a quantum level.

And it's basically impulses that are sent to the body to cause that person to go into some confusion state.

A good example of that was just recently, that lady that was on the news the other night, a little blonde girl, and you might have seen this, it was about a week ago...

George: Oh, the one who had the .. not a stroke but something happened to her, she has some kind of severe migraine they said..

Fred: Yeah and she never ever had a migraine before. Probably they targeted her just to see what would happen while she was on the air, because there were no symptoms afterwards, there was no damage to her body, no neurological damage or even symptoms. That's confusion weaponry and that was a good example. I was really surprised to see them pull that out of their hat and immediately apply that so quickly but it did.



George: That was one of the strangest videos I've ever seen.

The founder ... the term "confusion weaponry" came originally from Dr. Ross Adey who was formally of the Brain Research Center at the University of Southern California and he worked at Loma Linda and he worked on the Pandora Project which is part of that stuff with the Soviets bombarding us.

His definition was "specific behavior modifications; electromagnetic means." And there's chemistry involved here and it causes what I call a "calcium efflux." This is usually from the microwave side of it. When this calcium efflux
happens, it throws out the blood pressure rates, because remember, calcium ions are necessary to make the heartbeat through the atriums of the heart. If you interfere with that, you start getting voids in the brain, lack of oxygen in the brain and so the blood pressure starts to go up or down. And that causes a panic attack so you can see how that causes a panic attack. And if it goes into a panic attack, if it happens more than once, then that person is going to run down to big pharma for some SSRI drugs or something. Which brings the drug industry on board. That's the kind of stuff that goes on. And this goes back to the 60's.

Then in the 80's, Dr. Adey demonstrated how 147 megahertz field with a power level of just .8 milliwatts per square centimeter causes this calcium efflux, then they used 147 megahertz carrier and they modulate it down to 60 to 20 hertz which is ELF. And the heart likes to beat around 8.1 or 8.2 hertz.
So it's very easy to overpower the human body, it only generates about 20 millivolts, average person in the brain, sending it down through the central nervous system which then has to be distributed through all the electrical factions of the body which is everything.

So it doesn't take much with a small millimeter beam to interfere with that delicate process of the human being and because when you go to that millimeter wavelength stuff, which is considered between 30 and 300 shegigahertz, that makes it pencil beam laser like technology that once a person is zeroed in on from all these things we've been discussing about voice & speech patterns and listening to them on the computer, and the phone and all of that, it no problem to zero in with two pencil beams on that person and do all kinds of destructive things, including introduce an audio component between the two small millimeter wavelength beams then people hear voices in their head. I remember talking to one lady who said she could hear multiple people in the control room; as voices inside her head.

George: Tell me about what's going on with satellites Fred.

Fred: Where do you want me to start? (laughs)

When I first heard Ted state DOD was the puppetmaster I was skeptical. I spoke with a retired military man who also spent a significant amount of time in the Army Reserve. Who are the 250,000 plus citizen reservists? Most are firefighters, cops and other civil servants. Does this sound familiar? Yes, bingo!Its the goon squad boys involved in gang stalking. The military has set up shop throughout civilian society and has hand picked the leaders of the American version of the Red Guard.This feeds into the military-industrial complex in a big way. We are talking about Boeing Company with its Narus systems that is a domestic version of Echelon used by FBI, NSA and DARPA. Former Special Agent in charge (this is the rank of the top official at the FBI Field Office level) Ted Gunderson spoke in 2007 on government corruption and gang stalking at the Freedom Law School in California . Gunderson is a retired investigator who was the Head of the Los Angelis, Memphis, and Dallas offices of the FBI. He lectures and writes extensively on government conspiracy and government corruption.
He reads from a report he prepared for the Senate Intelligence Committee stating that there are "thousands of victims that have been targeted by an illegal U.S. Government rogue enterprise that is active 24 hours a day within the United States...far too active to be controlled or operated by private enterprise...private enterprise goals are to achieve financial gain...these operations require extensive financing with no return on the investment...these programs are financed by illegal black operations, i.e., drugs, prostitution, gambling, kidnapping children who are auctioned off as sex slaves."
Gunderson further describes in the same lecture his systematic harassment and the numerous attempts on his life due to his public statements on high level government corruption leading to several Presidential Offices. At one point he describes being a target of "gang stalking",
In a recent symposium on the Gulf Coast and 9/11 disasters, Gunderson went into further details about gang stalking. Through his 30 years of experience and research, in addition to nearly as much time in the FBI, Gunderson lays down the framework of gang stalking in the U.S. He states it is an illegal black-ops program of military intelligence, CIA and FBI that makes COINTELPRO of his day look like Sunday school. Throughout the U.S. operating 24/7 there is a Central Command, located in the U.S., with multiple satellite offices whose administrators can instantly initiate surveillance, phone taps, and harassment. They have the technology, government funding and manpower to dispense against anyone at any time! Gunderson has files on the program and thousands of case studies on individuals he calls "targeted". Why is it that retired intelligence professionals do not express critical opinions of their leaders publicly more often? On Tuesday, February 15, 2011, retired career CIA analyst Ray McGovern turned his back on a speech by Secretary of State Clinton while wearing a Veterans for Peace T-shirt. A former senior official of the Federal Bureau of Investigation says "rogue" military intelligence and law enforcement units of the federal government oversee a nationwide network of community-based "gang stalking" harassment, intimidation and domestic terrorism directed at thousands of U.S. citizens who have been extrajudicially targeted as "dissidents" or undesirables.
Ted Gunderson, 82, who has served as the special agent in charge of the FBI's Los Angeles, Memphis and Dallas field offices, has stated in a series of public speaking appearances that he is now targeted by these same elements, and fears for his life and for the safety of his family. He reports that the windows of his home have been shot out, and he believes he has been poisoned and physically sickened by those seeking to silence him.

Since his retirement from the FBI in the 1979, Gunderson has been a Southern California- based private investigator. He is most noted for his defense work on the murder case involving former Army physician Dr. Jeffrey MacDonald.

The ex-FBI official's comments represent the most compelling testimony to date indicating that "black operations" of the federal government are dedicated to waging a covert war of terror and persecution targeting American citizens.

"Based on my thirty years' experience and research, I have determined there are thousands of victims who have been targeted by an illegal U.S. government rogue criminal enterprise -- military intelligence, probably, tied into CIA and FBI and so forth --
"It is far too extensive to be controlled by private enterprise," Gunderson said. "I believe this well organized and sophisticated operation has a central command located somewhere in the United States, with multiple satellite offices scattered throughout the country."

Said Gunderson:

"It appears those who administer the program can call any location in the United States for surveillance, a telephone tap, or... harassment directed at a victim, and immediately dispense manpower to the source... This well-greased, covert operation makes the old FBI counterintelligence program (code-named "Cointelpro") look like a Sunday school class."

Gunderson also maintains that federal security and law enforcement agencies and commands have been infiltrated by members of secret societies such as the Illuminati, which he has described as a satanic criminal cult.

This correspondent has reported that Lockheed Martin, the world's largest defense contractor and the prime cyber-security and information technology supplier to the federal government, coordinates the communications and trains the "team leaders" of a nationwide Gestapo-like apparatus, which has tentacles into every security and law enforcement agency in the nation, including state and local police and 72 regional "fusion centers" administered by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. According to company literature, Lockheed Martin has operations in 46 of the 50 states.
Lockheed Martin also has operational command and control over a U.S. government microwave radio frequency weapon system, deployed on cell tower masts throughout the U.S., that is being used to silently torture, impair, subjugate and electronically incarcerate so-called "targeted individuals." The nexus of this American "torture matrix" appears to be Lockheed Martin's Mission and Combat Support Solutions central command center in Norristown, Montgomery County, PA., which employs several thousand workers. The defense contractor's global headquarters is in Bethesda, MD, just outside the nation's capital.

Lockheed Martin, under contract to U.S. security and intelligence agencies and commands, also conducts warrantless surveillance of the telecommunications of targeted persons, and routinely censors and tampers with the content of their communications, as this reporter has documented in a series of recent articles:
Thousands of Americans, including this veteran journalist, have publicly reported being the victims of silent electromagnetic assault and community-based home intrusions, vandalism, and even the poisoning of food, water and air. Federal and local law enforcement routinely dismiss their reports as the product of delusions or mental illness, and refuse to investigate their complaints.

These "targets" and their families have been physically harmed and financially destroyed as a result of taxpayer-funded "psychological operations," police-protected community "stalking" harassment and malicious vandalism, and other covert programs of personal destruction, including government-assisted financial sabotage. Many appear to have been targeted as a result of their politics; their activism or corporate whistle-blowing activities; their ethnic background; or as a result of score-settling vendettas by persons in positions of power -- in government and in the private sector.

The former FBI executive's remarks are only now attracting widespread exposure on this and other web sites. This correspondent believes that recent revelations of government-sponsored domestic terrorism against U.S. citizens have prompted some conscientious insiders to call attention to Gunderson's public statements.

Gunderson has said that government-sponsored gang stalking terrorism is financed "through illegal black operations," such as sales of illegal drug; gambling; prostitution; and even sexual exploitation of children. But this reporter believes it is more likely that programs of government-sponsored domestic terrorism are funded from military and security "black ops" budgets that have been illegally diverted to covert domestic programs administered and conducted primarily by defense contractors.

Late last year, The New York Times disclosed that an official of the U.S. Air Force had set up an unauthorized military intelligence spy ring in Pakistan and Afghanistan, run by Lockheed Martin and funded by defense appropriations. 

This correspondent suspects that a similar arrangement could be funding government-sponsored "gang stalking" operations throughout the nation, and has urged Congress to immediately hold public hearings as part of a comprehensive investigation of military-style "black ops" targeting American citizens and their families -- a silent, slow-kill genocide motivated by ideology and hate.

A CIA whistleblower, Kevin Shipp, has emerged from the wolves den to expose the deep state and the shadow government which he calls two entirely separate entities.
“The shadow government controls the deep state and manipulates our elected government behind the scenes,” Shipp warned in a recent talk at a Geoengineeringwatch.org conference.
Shipp had a series of slides explaining how the deep state and shadow government functions as well as the horrific crimes they are committing against U.S. citizens.
The top of the shadow government is the National Security Agency and the Central Intelligence Agency,” Shipp said.
Shipp expressed that the CIA was created through the Council on Foreign relations with no congressional approval, and historically the CFR is also tied into the mainstream media (MSM.) He elaborated that the CIA was the “central node” of the shadow government and controlled all of other 16 intelligence agencies despite the existence of the DNI. The agency also controls defense and intelligence contractors, can manipulate the president and political decisions, has the power to start wars, torture, initiate coups, and commit false flag attacks he said.
